Happy Independence Day, Malaysia!!

salam and hye readers!

just watched a documentary on the making of the Petronas Twin Towers which i found it to be extremely appealing to me. The building team (the architect, engineer, whatever..whatever..) was mainly consists of white people and each of the tower was build on the battle 'who builds faster' (it is more or less can be said as a healthy competition). the construction went on pretty smooth until the part where the crews wanted to attach the tower's bridge. the bridge was lifted a quarter height of the tower and the lifting work was going to be continued on the next day. then, there comes the trouble... it was raining heavily with thunders that night. the computer in charge to monitor the bridge movement was caught in a faulty. of course, by Allah's will, after 72 hours, the bridge was finally able to move up and later on it was permanently joint to the two towers.

hey, this documentary isn't just about telling how the tower was made, for me i learnt a lot from it. the presence of the twin tower gives confidence to the Malaysians which says that we are able to do anything that we want, able to achieve anything in this world.. there is no such thing as 'impossible'. i truly agree with the saying 'Malaysia Boleh!'. YEAHH!! we can do it! despite the poorness of some of the Malaysian citizen, some undevelop areas in the country, do not look ourselves as small. we have proved that we are able to produce something. so, in conclusion, i shall say : i love my country, i love Malaysia. happy independence day to all Malaysians!
